6.  You agree to receive list messages from other members to your list (subscribe) e-mail address.

with Misleading Subject Lines. All Members will be Completely Liable for their Own Actions!

13. Any Banners/ Text Ads Submitted with 450 credits or Less will be Deleted and No Credits Refunded!
Anything under this amount will be inactive within acouple days.

14.  Admin has the Right to Delete any Banners/ Text Ads that are in active, not loading properly, and/ or have Dead Links. No Credits will be Refunded.

15. Absolutely NONE of the Following are Allowed on the Click links (Credit Links) on this list!
NO POPUPS on the Credit Link or Your Membership will be Deleted!
Absoltuely NO Instant Download links!
In Addition: No Frame Breakers are Allowed on the Click Links.
We also will Not Allow ANY websites that Slows our Click links timer or hang the timer bar 
from continuing. 
We have the Right to NOT Allow Any Website Promotion on our Click links that interfere
with our members receiving their Credits Earned.

16. Identity Fraud -We Require First and Last Name upon Joining. Any Member who has Not Provided Us With the Appropriate Information will be Deleted with No Reason, No commissions or Refunds will be Paid to this Fraudulent Account!
We Run a Very Clean Site and Abide by All USA Laws. 
Make sure Your Information is updated at all times along with Your Pay Processor information.

We Update thie above page often so it is YOUR Responsibility to Bookmark and Check for updates often!
If You are found promoting any of the non Allowed website promotions your membership will be
terminated without notice!

17. Violation Of ANY of The Above Rules Will Result In Your Membership Being Terminated...
If Any Member is Found Breaking Any of the Above, they will be Deleted Immediately
without notice. If this member is a Paid Member, No Refunds will be made!
Admin has the right to Ban Any Violators Email Address to Prevent them from re-joining again!

You agree to receive any earned commissions through Alert Pay
Please Keep Your Pay Processor Information Current with Your Alert Pay Address.

~~~~Refunds for Memberships~~~~
If you would like a refund: You MUST Request a Refund within 24 Hours of purchase of a Membership. No Refunds or Partial Refunds will be Given Once you have started to Use Our Services! To Request Refund Within 24 Hours of payment purchase for a Membership, please simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund, along with the Pay Processor and Transaction ID along with Any Crucial Information and a Refund will Be Sent to You ASAP. Once Your refund has been sent your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment.   By joining and paying for any paid portion of  our site, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

~~~~Advertising Refunds ~~~~
If You Purchase Advertising and None of the purchased Advertising has been processed - Submit a Support Ticket with your Pay Processor and Transaction ID along with Any Crucial Information and a Refund will Be Sent to You ASAP.
Once Your Advertisement has been Processed- No Refunds will be Given. Only Advertising that Has Not Been Sent or Approved Yet will be Refunded! No Partial Refunds Will be Made - So Submit a Support Ticket Prior to Using Any of Your Advertising.

NOTE REGARDING BLASTERS:  please do not use this list to promote them.
